1. Agreement to Terms

By using Backtrack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Backtrack. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Backtrack is a location-based social app that enables users to:

• Create "missed connection" posts at physical locations
• Describe people using avatar customization
• Match and communicate with other users

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post harmful, obscene, or illegal content
• Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated tools or bots
• Create posts at locations you haven't visited

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display your content within the App.

6. Safety

• Report violations using the in-app reporting feature
• Block users you don't want to interact with
• Contact support@backtrack.social for help

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime via Profile > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not verify user identities or guarantee matches.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
